Your profile photograph must:

  • Clearly show your face.

  • Show only you.

Group photographs are not permitted.

Photographs must not:

  • Show another person.
  • Belong to another person.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Be AI-generated and presented as a real photograph of you.
  • Use deepfake or face-swapping technology.
  • Be deliberately altered in a way that significantly misrepresents your appearance.
  • Contain illegal, graphic or sexually explicit content.
  • Primarily advertise another website, product or service.

Basic adjustments such as cropping, brightness and colour correction are acceptable provided they do not substantially change your appearance.

Caity’s may remove photographs that do not meet these requirements.

4. Identity and Authenticity Checks

Caity’s may require members to complete additional checks to help reduce fake profiles and impersonation.

These checks may include:

  • A selfie taken specifically for verification.
  • A photograph holding a handwritten code or sign supplied by Caity’s.
  • A requested pose or gesture.
  • Another reasonable method of confirming that you are the person shown on your profile.

Verification may be requested:

  • Before your profile becomes visible.
  • Following a report.
  • Where we suspect photographs are stolen or misleading.
  • Where we suspect an account is fake.
  • As part of general platform safety measures.

Any verification submitted must be completed genuinely by you.

Verification confirms only that certain authenticity checks have been completed. It is not:

  • A criminal background check.
  • A guarantee of identity.
  • A guarantee that someone is safe or trustworthy.
  • An endorsement by Caity’s.

Caity’s may restrict or remove accounts where reasonable verification requests are not completed.

5. Your Content

You remain responsible for photographs, profile information and other content you upload.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

You retain ownership of your content.

You must not deliberately publish, distribute or misuse another member’s private photographs, personal information or conversations without permission.

Misuse of another member’s information may result in account removal and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where necessary.

7. Member Behaviour

Caity’s is intended to be a respectful dating community.

You must not:

  • Harass, bully, intimidate or threaten another member.
  • Continue contacting someone who has clearly asked you to stop.
  • Send unwanted sexually explicit messages or images.
  • Pressure someone for photographs.
  • Pressure someone to meet you.
  • Pressure someone into sexual or romantic activity.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Deliberately misrepresent yourself.
  • Blackmail or extort another member.
  • Scam or defraud another member.
  • Send spam.
  • Use automated bots without permission.
  • Use Caity’s primarily to advertise another business, website or service.
  • Promote escorting, prostitution or commercial sexual services.
  • Use Caity’s for illegal activity.

Matching, liking or messaging another member does not imply consent to physical contact, sexual activity or any other interaction.

Members are expected to respect personal boundaries at all times.

8. Scams and Financial Requests

Caity’s must not be used for financial scams or deception.

You must not:

  • Operate romance scams.
  • Request money dishonestly.
  • Attempt to obtain bank or card information through deception.
  • Request passwords or security information.
  • Promote fraudulent investments.
  • Conduct phishing or similar fraud.

Members should be cautious if another person asks for money, gift cards or financial assistance.

Accounts suspected of fraud may be immediately suspended or permanently removed.

Serious suspected fraud may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Reporting and Moderation

Members may report accounts or content they believe breaches these Terms.

This includes:

  • Fake accounts.
  • Impersonation.
  • Stolen photographs.
  • Harassment.
  • Threats.
  • Scams.
  • Spam.

  • Misuse of personal information.

Caity’s may investigate reports and take appropriate action.

  • Permanently removing an account.

Serious breaches may result in immediate removal without prior warning.

Attempts to create new accounts to avoid a suspension or permanent ban are prohibited.

10. Free and Paid Membership

Our aim is to provide an affordable dating service while covering the costs of operating, maintaining and improving the platform.

Where payment is required, the relevant price and membership features will be shown before purchase.

Paid membership does not guarantee:

  • Interest from other members.

You are paying for access to the features described for that membership.

11. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Some memberships may automatically renew.

You may cancel a recurring subscription using the available account controls or through the payment provider where applicable.

Cancelling normally prevents the next renewal payment.

Caity’s cannot guarantee the identity, honesty, intentions or behaviour of every member.

15. Dating Safety

When meeting somebody through Caity’s, we recommend that you:

The Caity’s name, logo, branding, website design, software and other material belonging to Caity’s may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

This does not affect ownership of content that you upload yourself.
